Digital Induction Motor Model Based on the Finite Element Method

This article presents the design of a drive system for robots and manipulators, which is based on finite element method an induction motor. The process involves constructing computer-aided (CAD) model motor, enables generation documentation control programs computer numerical (CNC) tools manufacturing motor parts or conducting further research. A CAD developed performing analysis in SolidWorks software popular AIR63V2 motor’s housing, rotor, stator developed. Additionally, electrical parameters are calculated using Ansys Electronic Suite—Maxwell RMxprt, utilizing classical analytical theory machines equivalent magnetic circuit method. takes into account such effects as non-linearity steel, non-sinusoidality flux gap, displacement electric current massive conductors. complete research has been created, enabling study dependencies speed electromagnetic torque natural frequency rotor calculated, ranges from 922 Hz to 1015 Hz. obtained values calculations oscillations can be used diagnostics. Furthermore, created project utilized with its own characteristics, optimized specific tasks.
